Help Desk

Completely outsource your day-to-day support services to us. Integrating with your help desk system (or use ours) we will proactively resolve any questions or issues your team raises. We can even setup new user roles & permissions.

On-site Support

Our team can be onsite working alongside your IT or Finance, for a short-term period (during leave) or for extended periods of time. Our Support Consultants are part of your team.

Health Check

On a regular timeline we’ll do a thorough analysis and review of your environments, and either tweak its performance through database tuning or provide a detailed report on our findings. We can deploy urgent patches, refresh environments and apply security updates.

Developer On-Demand

Do you need a new configuration built, a report designed, redesign a Lobby or even an interface via an API to 3rd party software? Our development team can quickly deliver these services based on your needs.

Upgrade & Release Advisor

We understand that managing regular software updates and six-monthly releases requires a good governance program in place. A Simple Payment Program

Select the number of hours based on your needs, once we receive your PO we can onboard you immediately.

Purchase additional pre-paid hours whenever required with a larger discount applied for the total hours purchased.

Should you wish to cancel at any time – no problems. We will simply close out any remaining support tickets then refund the value of any used pre-paid hours less a 12.5% cancellation fee.

24/7 support offering is not available on pre-paid hours, this is only offered via our subscription service.

We sit down with you and design a service plan for your exact needs – services to be included, onsite requirements, expected average number of requests to be managed on your behalf, right through to a committed SLA and 24/7 service offering (if required).

We will also coordinate tasks with IFS Support to manage and close out any product issues you may have found.

The service is bundled into a fixed term agreement, with the flexibility to cancel or suspend the agreement by providing a minimum of 90 days’ notice.
