InfoConsulting introduces innovations based on artificial intelligence

InfoSearch is the latest project to improve customer service implemented by InfoConsulting thanks to the support of EU Funds. This innovative solution, using artificial intelligence, improves the visibility and management of knowledge base resources about system modifications implemented so far within a business.

InfoSearch will increase employee efficiency by supporting processes based on artificial intelligence solutions, in line with the “Human 2.0” approach. As part of the product creation, the available functionalities facilitate the reduction of the workload, number of errors, and thus the costs associated with manual modification management and their construction.

The project “Development and implementation to support the design and production processes of a system increasing the” Human 2.0 “approach was carried out under Sub-measure 1.1.1 of the Intelligent Development Operational Program 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

 

Purpose of the project:

Development and implementation of the system (InfoSearch) augmenting the capabilities of designers, programmers, and consultants to support the design and production processes of daily work related to the development and implementation of IFS system modifications were carried out in accordance with the requirements of IFS Applications Quality Standards, thus ensuring the elimination of labor consumption, errors and costs related to manual management modifications and their implementation.

To build the InfoSearch system, a team of InfoConsulting experts used innovative artificial intelligence (AI) techniques and automation tools. The new solution will improve customer service and contribute to shortening the time of processing requests.
