Telemond Holding Launches IFS Cloud Implementation with InfoConsulting

Telemond Holding, a new client of InfoConsulting, has decided to implement IFS Cloud. Weeks of preparations, presentations, and analyses have culminated in the signing of an agreement for the comprehensive implementation of the IFS Cloud system. The project is officially underway!

The Telemond Holding Group has chosen to adopt a modern ERP system, selecting IFS Cloud, with the implementation led by InfoConsulting. Telemond Holding specialises in producing steel structures, including lifting equipment, container handling systems, and components for the automotive sector.

The decision to implement the new system was driven by the need to replace existing software and integrate various standalone solutions. The project aims to streamline business processes, optimise operations, and improve efficiency across all companies within the Telemond Holding Group.

The ERP solution selection process took approximately 10 months and included support from KPMG advisors. During this time, a detailed technology dialogue was conducted, clearly defining the project scope, implementation approach, and timeline. This process ultimately led to the selection of IFS Cloud and InfoConsulting, said Kamil Olszewski, Project Manager at Telemond Holding.
